Things You Need to Know

  • Checks must be made payable to an owner of the account.

  • You will receive an email notification if your deposit is not accepted.

  • Funds deposited using the Mobile Deposit service will be placed on a five (5) business day hold. In some instances, check holds may be adjusted or removed the same or next business day after the mobile deposit is made. The removal of holds is subject to the type of check, account history, and time of day deposit is made.

  • After you receive confirmation that we have received an image, you must securely store the original check for 15 days and make the original check accessible to us at our request. Promptly after the 15-day retention period expires, you must destroy to original check by first marking it ‘VOID” and then shredding it.
